This family photo session was like no other…that’s because the MS Family is like no other! When Mommy Chavonne (a blog buddy) approached me about doing a session for her family, I was over-the-moon!! I had read many stories about her family on her blog Like It’s Golden, that I knew I was in for a special treat. Little man “J” was a big fan of the camera, and the camera just loved him back! There wasn’t a moment during the session that he wasn’t prepared for his photo op, even when there was complete chaos all around him. Baby “Z” just stole the spotlight everywhere she went. Not only is she a cutie, she has the personality of ten divas combined! It’s no wonder that she is the apple of her parents’ and big brother’s eye. Even though the rainy weather was not exactly on our side, we had so much fun coming up with creative ways to stay dry and get the family pictures we needed, while trying get Baby “Z” to sit still! As you see, sometimes it worked, other times… not exactly! But this is real life and in my opinion, these are the memories that make you smile years later! I enjoyed every second of our “quirky” little session! Here are some funny moments from our afternoon together:

Maddy, I LOVE these pics. esp the ones where Ziah is a mess b/c lets face it, youre totally right its life, at least its my life. O says it perfect respresentation of the day. Nadette - Maddy, you’ve found your calling. I love love your photography style, it’s just so real. I’m looking at my family portrait that I paid a lot of money for, and it just looks soo staged, and I hate that. I can literally feel the love of this gorgeous family, and it’s amazing. I gotta hurry up and get engaged so you can do my engagement photos. i guess that means i shoud get back into the dating game then right?
