So by now I’m pretty sure you know that I went to Greece for a little over a week. I mean only mentioned it a gazillion times before I left! But anywho, it’s amazing how weeks months of prepping and planning are over in the blink of an eye. Greece was everything I imagined it to be – amazing and beautiful!! It’s a place I would love to visit again (perhaps next time not in a group so I can savor it more fully). But for the time being, there’s always pictures. And speaking of pictures, I’m surprised to say that I didn’t take that many. I mean, don’t get me wrong…I did take plenty! However, I came equipped with 56 GB of memory for my camera and I only used 8GB of those for the entire trip. My guess is that I was too busy actually being in the moment for once instead of worrying about capturing the moment – yay for progress! But it wouldn’t be a photography blog without some actual photos and trust that I will be sharing plenty of those. But I’ve also decided against bombarding you with pictures of the trip for days on end. Instead, we’ll be savoring the moments together in bits and pieces over the next few weeks. I’ll tell you about my favorite experiences, things I wish I knew before hand and other travel anecdotes. I’ll also throw in pictures and stories that I never got around to posting in June. So stay tuned and in the meantime, enjoy this view from the top: taken somewhere while flying over Italy. And while we’re at it, can someone please tell me how I can “pop” my ears from the flight already! It’s been 5 days and I still can’t hear clearly.

The only thing I can think of is chewing gum.
