I was really excited when I heard that this month’s Creativity Project theme was “Life at My House”. I’ve always been a fan of documentary photography, but don’t always get the opportunity to stretch that muscle. Because let’s face it: it’s just me, Kleber and our pup. Our home life can be pretty mundane and not as exciting as some of the other home lives you’ll encounter in our circle this month (like Susan Keller – our guest blogger for this month’s theme – who absolutely ROCKS at home documentary!). But the whole purpose of documentary photography is storytelling, even if it’s just a simple story of a Sunday afternoon movie at home with my boys. I hope I managed to do just that.
