I hear ya! But yes, the key is focusing on what’s important and doing what you can do with all the rest . . . Gorgeous wedding photos, by the way. Maddy! That is so cool! I am glad you could go on that awesome adventure. I loved looking at the alligators. Did they snap at you? I can’t wait to hear more about your trip! I am so thankful that you are able to live out your dreams and travel so much. What a joy!

Thanks for the tour, Maddy! It really did feel like I had a tour of the bayou through your photos. What a great capture of the croc slicing through the water; I hope you weren’t really that close and that it was captured with the help of a good zoom!

Maddy, those are fantastic captures! I want to go to the bayou now (but I’m a little scared… haha!) The gator shots are excellent, but I think I like the turtles best.

What a great take on the theme. Amazing images Maddy, makes me just want to be there and have adventures !! Love all those little turtles, they look sweet, the gator is pretty scary ;)

Terrific photos. Many years ago we took a similar type tour. There is nothing like seeing those critters up close and personal.

L O V E. the composition of the gator with turtles on either side of it on the log is absolutely stunning. the sign and the wading gator are favorites. beautiful post. nice to get a view of the bayou : )

absolutely lovely images! I love the one with the turtles hanging out on the long… Great shots of gator with the turtles! Thaanks for sharing :) I felt like I was right there behind a glass:)

1. i’m an IG fanatic, so seeing the square format just gave me a “fix” like no other!
2. such a creative and cool variety of april images, artistically, i am just, thrilled (the minimalist in me is drawn to that leaf!)
3. such a cool idea! *light bulb* never thought to comb my own feed, cause you’re right, i don’t think i ever bring my camera out in the rain, really…(which, perhaps, i shall, now)
