I think it’s about time I start sharing some of my 2015 sessions! This session was shot way back in April in Wawayanda State Park in Hewitt, NJ. My first time shooting there, but it won’t be the last because I loved having the beautiful lake as our session backdrop! It was an absolute joy photographing this family. The boys were so easy going and helpful with their baby sister. Even the baby smiled and laughed the entire time! Originally this session was supposed to be just for the kids, but I was able to convince mom to jump in a few. I’m so happy she did! Parents: take pictures with your kids!!! As a photographer, I hear all the excuses in the book. But what you don’t realize is that pictures will be the greatest gift and legacy you will leave behind someday. Life can throw you some crazy curveballs when you least expect it and these memories are priceless – so don’t be afraid to hop in the pictures even if you don’t feel your best. I promise you will never look back and say “I took waaayyyy too many pictures with my kids.”

We’ll be hosting our 2nd annual Fall mini session event on October 4th. Everything you need to know about our mini sessions can be found on the FAQ page, as well as information on how to book your session. Looking forward to photographing some new and some familiar faces! Feel free to email me with any questions.
Hey there! For all of you that have been wondering when you would be greeted by something other than my breakfast pancakes, the day has finally arrived!!! Needless to say, this summer has been a whirlwind! Between sessions, events, vacations, beach days, it’s been such a blast! It also means that it’s been even more difficult keeping the blog up to date. But every once in a while, I do try to make the effort to update this page because there’s nothing like scrolling through my favorite session images from start to finish! I wrapped up all my 2014 sessions in the last couple of published posts, so I can finally delve into this year’s sessions starting with these glamour photos taken in Sandy Hook. A winter beach shoot sounds a little crazy, but I was able to find a model who is not only gorgeous, but adventurous too and who allowed me to take this crazy idea in my head and bring it to life. |
