I wish I could share more pictures from this beautiful baby shower, but at the client’s request, I am limiting the blog photos to the party details shots. Luckily, there were so many gorgeous details at this sprinkle theme baby shower, that one could easily fill an entire album with detail shots alone! This was my first time working with the event planning team at Lulu’s Event Design and I hope it’s not the last! Loved everything from the balloons, party favors, edible treats to the gorgeous sprinkle cake! Scroll through these detail photos and you’ll see why.

If you can’t tell by the all the beautifully rich colors, this session was from the Fall. Although I’m not ready to go back to the cold, I can’t help but miss the gorgeous scenery in autumn photos! I had a wonderful time photographing this beautiful family of three (soon to be four!) at the Leonard J. Buck Gardens. I love shooting in new-to-me places and I welcome location suggestions from all my clients. Most, if not all, of these were taken with the Nikon 85mm f/1.4. I’m in love with this lens and its creamy bokeh! These days whenever I’m outdoors and have enough room to backup, my 85mm never leaves my camera and if you scroll through this session, you’ll see why. You know what they say…it’s 5 o’clock somewhere! To continue the circle, please be sure to stop by Tracy’s blog for her take on this month’s theme.

Ha, that’s the first thing I thought of when I thought of 5:00! No wonder I’m so odd, my down time is during the day, and then 5:00 is when I have to kick it into gear! :-) Love that look on her face.
